Spa Pillow Care & Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Exclusion
Spa pillows are not covered under any manufacturer or store warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, issues related to discoloration, deterioration, waterlogging, chemical damage, or general wear and tear.

2. Proper Care & Usage Requirements
To extend the life of your spa pillows and prevent premature damage:

• Remove spa pillows when the spa is not in use. Continuous exposure to hot, treated water can shorten the lifespan of the pillow materials.

• Remove spa pillows when adding chemicals. Pillows should be kept out of the spa for a period of time after chemical treatment to prevent fading, cracking, or breakdown caused by concentrated chemical levels.

3. Customer Responsibility
Failure to follow these care guidelines may result in accelerated wear. Because spa pillows are considered consumable items and are sensitive to water chemistry, any damage resulting from improper care or chemical exposure is the responsibility of the owner.
